Before year 2013 it the A1 Exam was being conducted in own districts in the supervision of Police. There were so many flaws in that exams and there was not a good merit in that exams.  After Passing of the A1 exam it was essential to do so many Police Training courses for  the qualified candidates and it was so hard to get approach for to participate in those courses. After doing these training courses the candidates were able to Apply for B1 exam and after qualifying the B1 exam the candidates were selected for C1 (lower Course) these all processes were so rough.

          The Khyber Pakhtunkwa Police introduce a new system for constable Promotion Process in year 2013. It is a Successful process til now. This process is still on the merit and the all intelligent Police Constable have good opportunity to get promotion from constable to Head constable.
